Structured 3 Day Agenda
Day 1
The first day is about settling in and stepping out of the day-to-day pace of work.
We focus on identifying the key areas the retreat will explore. These are tailored to each participant and informed by a detailed questionnaire completed prior to attendance, ensuring the work is specific to their role and current context.
There is time to settle into the environment, connect with the group, and establish the focus for the days ahead.
Day 2
This is the core working day of the retreat.
Each participant has multiple 1:1 sessions with Nina focused on how they are currently operating in their role - including decision-making, communication, workload management, and handling competing priorities.
Between 1:1 sessions, there is structured individual work time to reflect, map insights, and make practical adjustments to current ways of working.
Short group touchpoints are used to bring together key themes and highlight shared patterns across EA roles.
Day 3
The final day focuses on sustainability in the role and how performance is maintained over time.
We explore the relationship between workload, stress, boundaries, and day-to-day effectiveness, with a practical focus on what can realistically be sustained in a working environment.
There is also time dedicated for consolidation ~ pulling together insights from the retreat and defining clear next steps for how you return to work.
** All meals are included throughout the retreat, with dinner off-site on the second evening.
** Each participant is provided with a tailored participant pack which will include everything they'll need for the program.
**The location has been intentionally selected to support an environment with space for deep focus and a different way of thinking.

About Nina
I’m Nina Hoven - entrepreneur, mentor and co-founder of Three bird EMPIRE.
My work focuses on leadership, workplace performance, and the role wellbeing plays in how people operate inside high-responsibility environments.
Over the years, I’ve worked across leadership programs, industry events, and professional development spaces, bringing a practical, real-world lens to how people work, communicate, and lead within organisations.
I understand the EA function sits at the centre of this - often shaping how leadership operates, even when it’s not formally recognised.
The pressure.
The influence.
The responsibility that sits behind the scenes.
My approach is practical, structured, and direct. The focus is on how things actually operate day to day, and what needs to shift to strengthen impact in role.
If you’re ready to strengthen your impact within leadership - this is your space.
