How we ensure success

We take a comprehensive and personalised approach to our Leaders Retreats to ensure the experience is impactful and tailored to the needs of your team. After the application process, we book your team in so we can get started making an impact!

Pre-Retreat Surveys

Before the retreat begins, we send out surveys to participants to gather insights into their specific needs and challenges. This allows us to tailor the retreat content to address the unique requirements of the group.

1:1 Sessions

During the retreat, we conduct one-on-one sessions with each participant, ensuring they leave with a tangible action plan that they can implement and develop further once they return to work.

Accountability Sessions

Post-retreat accountability sessions are conducted to keep participants on track with their commitments, ensuring that they implement the changes and actions they promised to take within their teams.

Finally, we launch our Business Wellbeing Impact program two months later which covers a range of  steps to measure the retreat's ROI.
