Signs of Burnout:
Constant fatigue or low energy
Feeling disengaged or cynical
Difficulty concentrating or being productive
A sense of overwhelm or hopelessness
Simple Steps to Prevent Burnout:
Prioritise Your Wellbeing: Regular sleep, balanced nutrition and movement are non-negotiables.
Set Clear Boundaries: Know when to say no and create time for yourself.
Reconnect with What Matters: Spend time with people and activities that bring you joy.
Practice Self-Reflection: Regularly check in with yourself to identify what’s working and what’s not.
Take Breaks: A pause - whether it’s a short walk or a day off - goes a long way.
